Life's Grumbles #12111

I'm just asking for a PEACEFUL life, free of all these drama and unneeded excitement. Is that too much to ask?

I noticed that my inherent desire to avoid conflict and to appear "in-control" and "perfect" toward others, also apply to people close to me that I love. I hate having the reputation of my loved ones marred unjustly (or not). I'll find all ways I can to right it.

*sigh I can't sleep and it sucks.
I wish this drama can end as soon as possible. Why the fuck does the flood gate have to open? And how does He actually have such a obvious showman streak that I was never even aware of? It's a side that's not shown to me for sure.. -_-

The sweetest little things you do..

You fell asleep while we were watching a movie together in bed. I wake you up so that you can move to sleep properly at your side of the bed.

I took your pillow and place it where your head should be and gently nudge you so you'll shift, like I always do.

Today, you took my pillow and placed it where my head will be when I sleep. You gave it a few pats thumps, and made a sound to say its ready for me,, and then you went back to sleep.

Thank you Hubby, for thinking of me even when you were half asleep.

Can do better!

My efforts for the week were rubbish!
I've noticed that its so easy to start the day right, but cravings and hunger kick in in the evenings, and it's bad when my fridge is empty of easy to reach primal foods. Yeah.. I still have not gone grocery shopping. Lazy or what? -_-
Am proud of lifting my bells so frequent though ;)

A brand new week tomorrow. GAMBATTE! 👍

Durian!

I really needa stock up on cooked bacon, ham, boiled eggs and meat! I'll need these stuff to munch on when I feel the urge to munch.

Today, I couldn't resist the durians in the fridge -_- i started with 5 seeds and placed them in a bowl, telling myself that's all I'll have. But NO.. I went back and ended up eating twice that amount. Almost a whole box.. I'm feeling sick w that heavy feeling after so much sugar.. carb cravings suck :(

And i'm too full for the Seoul Garden buffet dinner I'm heading for -_-
